The best you can get for the money!
There is a reason King Arthur is a huge mover and shaker in the marketplace. The employee owned company strives for quality. They are also innovators. KA is currently working on a sourdough machine that makes sourdough bread dough automatically. You place the ingredients in the designated places and set the time you want it to be ready for baking, It not only kneads and prepares the dough, it also creates the starter for you! You do not need to mess with feeding a starter ever again with this thing. It is well worth the little bit extra that you pay over the grocery store brands. It has a much higher protein count, as well. It is unbleached and tastes GREAT! Please be advised that if you need gluten free bread, they also make quality flours for that purpose, as well. This one is not gluten free. It is the only bread flour I use.

Excellent Bread Flour — Performs Beautifully
So far, this King Arthur Organic Bread Flour has been great. I like choosing organic flours whenever possible, and this one performs exactly as you’d expect from a high-protein bread flour. I use it regularly in my bread maker, and it produces a nice structure and rise. I’ve also adjusted it for other recipes, including a yogurt-based pie crust, and it’s worked very well there too. The texture and consistency are reliable, which makes experimenting easier. I’ve been using King Arthur flours for years, and this one never disappoints. The quality is excellent — always fresh, clean, and finely milled. It performs beautifully in bread recipes, giving a nice rise and great flavor. While it’s not gluten-free, it’s perfect for classic baking. I don’t usually write reviews, but after using King Arthur Bread Flour, I felt spiritually obligated. I’ve baked a lot of bread in my day—most of it edible, some of it resembling medieval weaponry—but this flour changed the game. The moment I opened the bag, I swear a faint beam of light came through my kitchen window and a tiny choir of carbs started singing. The dough was smooth, stretchy, and just... cooperative. You know when bread dough actually does what you want instead of clinging to your hands like emotional baggage? Yeah, that. The sourdough loaf came out of the oven golden, fluffy, and smelling like a bakery in heaven. I cut into it and almost cried—actual gluten magic. I’ve purchased this King Arthur Unbleached Organic Bread Flour a few times now—this round through Amazon, since it was a better value for the money than my local Kroger. I use it to feed my sourdough starter and bake with it regularly. It is not a gluten-free flour, which is exactly what I wanted for building gluten strength in my dough. This flour is fantastic. Great Baking Option
The K A Unbleached Organic Bread flour is great. Never disappointed with the results. And, I feel like I’m baking with a healthier option. Price is not much different than regular flour.

Poor shipping for a paper bag of awesome flour
Pretty good flour for baking healthy organic bread alternative at home. Poor shipping : Shipping a paper bag flour inside the brown paper bag. Flour broke and went banana inside the bag. We have been buying hundred of times from Amazon. This is the first time Amazon save shipping cost to avoid using a real sturdy box for a fragile bag of flour.

Best Bread Flour
I have been using this bread flour for quite some time. I love getting this organic variety to better control the ingredients and I have found that it is always works well. There is always consistency in my recipes when I use this flour, and well, it is a bit more expensive than other brands, this flour is worth it! I use this flour typically for making homemade bread, which I make one or two bread a week. It always has a great consistency when I use it in rolling, and it is the best flour I have used. It is also light enough to not cause any rising issues, which makes me happy, especially with us living in mountain country. Overall, I don't think I could be happier!
