New 925 Sterling Silver Baby/ Infant Anklet-Baby Bracelet-(B-45)Two function: can use it as anklet or bracelet

despite the negative review from the first reviewer with the accessories as a buddah instead of silver bells. i thought i would have gotten the same buddah as well which i didn't mind. but instead of what appear to be in the picture, i've received the bracelet with a charm missing. i've contacted the company for a return or replacement; they did offer to waive the restocking fee for my return but i still have to pay for the return shipping. i was thinking what a rip off! i've already paid $6.44 for shipping, though it's not my mistake nor my fault that the accessory was missing and i have to pay to return it when i won't get a refund on my shipping and they're only refunding the [cost of the product]. i mean come on if you're selling something make sure it's exactly the same as what you advertise and mistakes do happen, people pay for their own mistakes so why does it have to be me when i'm not at fault? the company that didn't send me the right thing, i was thinking of sending it back but in the end it'll cost me more and who would guarantee that this time it's going to be exactly as the picture? and that is just wasting my money

I purchased this bracelet as a gift for my niece as a Christening gift. It had a buddah on it as a charm instead of silver balls. The company won't help! They want a restocking fee, and I would have to pay to return it.

I love this bracelet. So pretty and looks really nice on my child. The only thing is that the silver is very very soft and can easily break especially when your adjusting it on a child's wrist or ankle for the right size fit.
