The OXO Good Grips 9-inch Tongs are constructed with sturdy, high-heat resistant stainless steel, so they’ll stand up to hot grills, woks and skillets. Our Tongs feature scalloped edges for a secure grip whether you're rotating thin asparagus or flipping a thick steak. The handles provide a non-slip grip and absorb pressure so you can grip, toss, turn and flip with comfort and control. The Tongs lock closed for compact storage when hanging or in a drawer. The 9-in/22.5 cm size fits comfortably in the hand. Dishwasher safe. Also available in 12- and 16-inch sizes. desertcart.com Sometimes overlooked as a valuable kitchen tool, tongs serve a variety of kitchen duties: tossing salads, flipping cutlets in a frying pan, snagging stubborn pickles from a jar, and more. These tongs are constructed of brushed stainless steel for easy cleaning and durability. A locking mechanism closes the tongs for easy storage, and provides a large loop for hanging. The Good Grips line features durable, nonslip flexible handles on every product. Ergonomically designed to fit the palm comfortably and softly, the pressure-absorbing processed rubber handle puts less tension on the hands, while providing an outstanding grip. Made from the same material as dishwasher gaskets are constructed of, the handles are slip-proof, wet or dry, as well as dishwasher-safe. Good Grips products are moderately priced and have won the Tylenol/Arthritis Foundation Design Award. --Laurie Notaro ## Features - Versatile for cooking, tossing and transferring food - Tongs lock closed for convenient storage - Sturdy, brushed stainless steel construction - Scalloped edges securely hold food - Soft, comfortable, non-slip grips and thumb rests - Perfect for transferring food ## Technical Specifications | Specification | Value | |---------------|-------| | ASIN | B00004OCK0 | | Best Sellers Rank | #1,313 in Kitchen & Dining ( See Top 100 in Kitchen & Dining ) #10 in Cooking Tongs | | Brand Name | OXO | | Color | Black and Stainless Steel | | Customer Reviews | 4.8 4.8 out of 5 stars (14,223) | | Finish Types | Brushed | | Included Components | Cooks' Tools;Cooking Utensils;food-tongs | | Item Highlight | Scalloped Heads Grip Food, Lock Closed, Ideal for Cooking, Grilling & Serving, Hanging Loop For Storage, Dishwasher Safe | | Item Type Name | Tongs | | Item Weight | 0.14 kg | | Manufacturer | OXO | | Manufacturer Part Number | 28481V4 | | Manufacturer Warranty Description | The OXO Better Guarantee: If you experience an issue with your OXO product, get in touch with us for a repair or replacement.
