Review: Great workout! - I bought these after trying a similar product in a water aerobics class, and am completely happy with them. They are well-constructed and provide great resistance for my exercise program. I have used them every day for a 1.5 hour workout since they arrived about six weeks ago. I have an arthritic hip, and even walking was painful at the beginning of the summer. I finally had daily access to a swimming pool, and tried a class using hand buoys. It was immediately clear to me that I could build strength and range of motion in the pool, and I've tailored a program to strengthen the hip and hopefully push off a hip replacement into the future. While my main focus is my hip, the hand buoys help me maintain balance, and I find that I'm getting a good upper-body workout with these in the bargain! My hip has improved markedly. I no longer depend on a grocery cart for support walking through stores; my husband has remarked that I'm parking further from our destinations; when I started I couldn't do a single frog-kick in the pool due to the pain of the "snap," and now I'm doing eight laps of frog kicks, using the hand buoys to do "pushups" "rowing" or curls as I "swim."
Review: Good - They worked great and are very helpful to exercise at the pool.

## Questions & Answers

**Q: Water bells usually come in three resistance sizes, small, medium or large. What size is this one?**
A: Hi Andee, these only came in one size and I think they might be considered medium. I have used larger ones at the pool and I actually like these better. They give me a good workout. I was very happy to see that our instructor had the exact same ones. I hope that this helped you. When I first started looking for which ones to buy I was quite confused but I think that I did make a good decision I am enjoying them. Have a Fantabulous Friday!

**Q: why so much ?? all over the internet for less than $20.00**
A: Nice prduct

**Q: I've read that eva foam may contain formaldehyde. do these?**
A: I don’t know how you would test for this but I know these will wear your shoulders out using them under water. Without sending them to a lab for qualitative analysis, I don’t how you can know.

**Q: Where are these made?**
A: That I am not sure of. I ordered them and they came in a big box but in plastic bags. I did not look to see.
They are fabulous. I use them during water aerobics and within the first month I could see a difference in the strength of my muscles and my muscle mass.
