Highly recommended when you’re sick we have a sore throat
Delicious and really helpful when I was sick. When you don’t want to run to the store you can order it and have it shipped to your house. Super effective and works pretty quickly.

The first cough drop that has actually worked
Honestly, this is the cough drop I want if my sore throat is waking me up and my cough hurts. The numbing effect is very fast and effective, however short lived. But it's likely enough to get you back to sleep. They also make a spray that works just as well but is better for Immediate use while the drop numbing effect works so long as your sucking on it

Works well for sore throat relief
These work pretty well when my throat is sore. The numbing effect kicks in fairly quickly and helps take the edge off, especially when swallowing feels uncomfortable. I also noticed it gives a bit of decongestion relief, which is a nice bonus. The wild berry flavor is decent and not too medicinal, though it is still clearly a throat lozenge. The liquid center is nice and makes it feel a little more effective than a regular cough drop. Taking off one star because the relief doesn’t last forever, but overall I’d buy these again when dealing with a sore throat.

Strong Taste But Works
I got this medicine at my brother's recommendation (who is a nurse). While the medicine is very strong-tasting and very medicinal (it tastes like strong berry medicine), it is very effective. The liquid medicine in the middle works clearly, clearing your sinuses and soothing a sore throat almost instantly. Best of all, it works for quite some time, leaving my throat feeling so much better for about half an hour. The medicine's longevity and how quickly it works are likely to be the reasons I repurchase it. It is also very easy to pop out of the packet, making it great for my purse.
