This set was bought for my girls birthday in July, with aim to use it for school.Unfortunately the zips on pen case and lunch bag broke after 2-3 weeks of using it (only started using it in September). As 30 days past from the purchase I can't return it or message about product issues, hence writing here (even though I would love to have an option to contact manufacturer with hope it could have been resolved).The backpack itself have been good till now, and hopefully it will stay that way :-)I still give the set high score as the main item (backpack) is great and with no issues.

Flimsy material and dodgy zips. Get what you pay for though as was a reasonable price for 3 items and quick delivery. Pretty to look at too but won't last very long before needing replaced

This is the cutest bag. Ideal school bag has loads of compartments. I love the little Teddy pom pom that comes with it and I love that it comes with a lunch bag and pencil case that all match makes things a lot easier for my child to know whos lunch bag shes bringing home.
