Says batteries are re chargeable how can’t find any CR2032 chargers

I suggest you read it again. I do not see anywhere that it states these are rechargeable. What it does say is: "These batteries can be replaced by any other rechargeable or single use battery that have the same reference code." - which is not saying these are rechargeable. I suspect this is a catch-all statement into which is inserted the battery reference. As to you not finding any charger for CR2032, you need to look more carefully. ATM, Amazon lists the 'EEMB LIR2032 Rechargeable Battery Charger with 4PCS 3.7V Lithium-ion Coin Button Cell Batteries 45mAh' - which I found by searching Amazon for: "CR2032 charger". Not a major intellectual feat.

Why don't you ship to Northern Ireland?

No idea. I would have thought the troubles of years past and letter bombs would make people very reluctant to handle any post with batteries in.

does this work with a mac wireless keyboard?

if it takes a cr302 3volt battery yes but remember these batteries only have a 2 year life in a computer backing up the bios the life may be longer but in a keyboard it may be shorter

I can't say but find out by taking out the old battery. Look on its back and their should be some numbers. If they match these then your good to go. Sometimes they still may be the same size so Google the number of your battery and suitable ones will be shown. :)
