My husband does service work and has a large number of work boots, and shoes that end up by the office door. I like to keeps a few pairs for myself there and even though the 2 shelf ,metal shoe rack we had helped, it just didn’t hold enough and it was hard to reach the shoes on one side. I saw this and knew it was going to be an improvement. It came very well packaged, heavy enough I couldn’t lift it but my husband was able to get it apart. It comes in a lot of pieces and thankfully he did the job. I’m sure I would still be trying to put it together. He gave it 3 stars for ease of assembling mainly because there were so many pieces and it took him close to an hour. He says he is impressed by how sturdy it is and the rotation works great, it can rotate at the top only and then rotate the entire unit top and bottom. It’s holding all the shoes and boots without trouble. It’s much easier and neater than before. The top is like a little table we can put things on to grab when he is running out the door. Someone who is using this in a closet could put another pair of shoes on top or accessories. It’s a good size and you have to remember to allow for the rotation where ever you put it. The price of this was lower than others like it. At first I was concerned this might mean cheaply made, but it isn’t. It’s worth the price. We are both very happy with everything about the finished rack.

Bought this for my mom for her birthday as she has a ton of high heels. She loves it so much! And was very easy to assemble.

This shoe rack is amazing. The directions are very clear, It took me 30 min to put together. If another review told you they took more than an hour to put it together, they have problems. it is well build and sturdy. its actually better than I expected. The box when delivered is very heavy so beware, at least you know its not cheap crap. As you can see in the my video I got 4 pairs on each row for a total of 16 pairs of sneakers (high and low tops) to fit quite easy with more room on the top. I wear a size 10.5 men's just so you can have an idea. in order to get 4 shoes to fit on each tier, I laid one shoe on the side and the other normal or else it wouldn't fit. the rotation isn't the best but for what you pay its worth it. I couldn't be more happier.

Although I like the end product, my husband had to help me for 3 hrs. To assemble it. Also, we used wood glue to secure the pieces with the dowels to make it sturdy. If you don’t mind the extra work and effort, this piece helps organize shoes well.

This shoe rack is fantastic. It's well made and very sturdy. You get what you pay for, which is why I refused to purchase a cheap shoe rack. If you are on the fence about this purchase, do it now. I was intimidated when we opened the box to a million pieces, but don't let it scare you. It's very simple to put together once you lay everything out and you will be amazed at how good the quality is. My son jumped into action and helped me with the assemble, so grab a partner. This shoe organizer says it hold 16 pairs of shoes, but the openings are very large, so you can easily fit 24 pairs if you don't mind 3 shoes in each cubby (more if you have a small foot. I'm a size 8.5)

I love this product but have to agree with some previous reviews on the assembly instructions. First, I'm a woman and put this together fully myself, with one screwdriver that has a Phillips head and a flat head. It took me about an hour. I agree that you have to sort ALL of the bits and pieces first so that you familiarize yourself with them. I used very small ramekins to separate all the parts. All of the instructions were very clear to follow except for the plastic turntable pieces. The bags in which they came were not labeled and it was not clear which were tops and which were bottoms, nor which way they should be installed. This was definitely the most difficult part and it was very much a guess in the end. Once assembled, it looks and works great!

Sturdy, good instructions, smooth turning, took 4 hours to assemble for 80 year old woman with a Phillips screwdriver. Built it upside down, but it was too heavy to turn upright without help. I love it!

I've had this for over a year now and it's been a solid purchase.
