We just had a fence put in and wanted to brighten up the walkway a bit (and let us know if someone had gone into the backyard. They do the job just fine and are nice and bright. They are also very sensitive. We had a storm last night and blowing leaves were setting them off. It's all good, though. Definitely gave us a chance to see how well the batteries hold up to heavy usage. -- They still came on this morning when I went to get the mower from the shed.The lights were very easy to install. It's a simple one screw solution. They also come with the plastic bobs to hold the screws into masonry, though we didn't need to use those for our application.. I also like that they have the option to just keep them on. Going to give these a few days and see if they hold up well and will likely get a couple more for the other side of the house.

Lights are bright for the size of the unit. Might be my fault, but the motion sensor distances are different by several feet for each unit. Probably also my fault, but the duration of the light is different for each unit. In particular, one of them stays on about twice as long as the others. Not really a big deal. Just a little annoying. Unless you're an anal-retentive maniac, then it will drive you crazy.

I was expecting another cheaply made item from China but have been impressed so far. I used two to light up chicken coop this fall. Liked them enough to buy two more for the deck. These put out plenty of light. I don't have them on all the time so I can't say how much the battery lasts. The on/off button on top is nice. I could easily shut them off while we sit outside on the deck at night stargazing and not have them blinding us. The motion feature works well too. It picked up me while riding the tractor when I was mowing at night, from about 30-40ft away.

This is my second set of solar lights. The first ones stopped working within a few months and the company is gone. I like these because they only come on when activated, saving battery power. The other lights that failed stayed on dim and got brighter when activated. These lights are very bright, but angled down so they do not disturb my neighbors. They have held up fine through several rainstorms. And they are super easy to install. I placed two on my backyard shed and plan to buy two more for other areas around the yard.

These are solar powered not direct power line. Some reviews indicate light not bright enough. They certainly exceed my expectations after I had installed and used them 1st hand. Motion sensor exactly what I needed at about 30 feet. Cars driving by, cats, creeps walking around, even when the door opens behind sensor, all set off light. 30 seconds on, then lights turn out and back to motion sensor. I havent used stay on while dark setting, but I like to get the attention of people getting too close to my door and have them stop in their tracks because they are now completely visible. Works better than I expected!

I put this light on my mailbox post. It was hard to see my mailbox as I was approaching so I got the idea of using a light. It is perfect. Installing was easy. Just screw in the screw to the wood post. It also comes with a molly screw so you can install it on other surfaces. I like that you can set it for motion or turn it on for constant light from dusk to dawn. I just installed it and I’m thinking of buying more. So far I’m happy with my purchase.

This would have been a five star review, but 8 or so months in, one completely quit working. I took out down from the tree it was mounted to only to discover 2/3rds of the LEDs were underwater. Prying the bottom of the housing off allowed a significant amount of filthy water to be drained out, and now the dozen ish LEDs that *hadn't* been submerged are back to functional. Only one of the set had this issue, so I don't know if I just got the one in a hundred that slipped by quality control or... ?

I purchased the 32 LED version due to the fact that you can set them to motion detection or on all night. They managed to hold up with all the rains & winds from Hurricane Dorian passing by us. The lights are not that bright but are more than enough to find your keys and light the path to your door. I noticed that when I pull up it takes a few seconds for them to detect my car ; usually when I come to a full stop. Wish they were more sensitive and stayed on for a bit longer. They will turn off periodically if a large obstacle ( car) is blocking the path of the sensor while exiting your vehicle. I did like the fact that they instantly turn on when I open my front door from inside my home. Overall good purchase. You will notice a difference in brightness after 2 days of charging from the sun; so be patient with that aspect.
