The bamboo pizza peel is made extremely well and has definitely served us well, making homemade pizza night all that much easier. It truly is the perfect size for putting the pizza in the oven as well as turning it to make use it cooks evenly. I do however go back and forth as to whether a longer handle would be useful or just be more of an obstacle to contend with. As of right now I am going to say that I like this size and it suites our purposes just fine. The only negative I will say is that the peel is a little thick and the beveled end could have had a better pitch to it, which I think would make using it all that much easier.

I have never used a pizza peel before, and expected something a lot thinner. This peel is very sturdy. The edges are beveled, so it slides under the pizza well.I bought it because I wanted to try grilling pizza vs. baking it. I needed something larger than a spatula to maneuver the pizza dough on the grill. I'm happy to say it worked perfectly--I just need to remember to use some meal between the dough and the peel so that it will slide off easier!

A little on the small side. It is thick which makes it stronger but more difficult to get under thin pizzas.

It was very sturdy and easy to clean. I use it for placing pizza in the oven and taking it out of the oven.
