The ONLY Parallel PCIe card for a PlasmaCam CNC Table!,,,
JUST BUY IT!!!!!! If you're having any communications with your controller, but it! I spent 3 weekends in a row trying to get my plasmacam table to run consistently, no luck. Was upset that I spent thousands of dollars on a machine that was unreliable. Happened upon this bad boy and bit the bullet and dropped the $200 cash on a $35 parallel card and $12 cable. BEST TWO HUNDRED DOLLARS I'VE SPENT IT YEARS!!!!! No comm problems since the install. My table runs like a champ. Just pull the trigger and make the purchase, you'll be happy you did!

Plasmacam saver
Was ready to sell both of my Plasmacam tables, constantly getting error messages and codes. Installed this card and now both units run great! No errors, shutdown issues etc. Quit thinking about it and just get it, you’ll actually have fun running your table

What Customers Service is Suppose to Be Like!
If you're looking at this card, you probably already think or know you need it for a new computer build or are having problems with your connections/controller card interface. In my case it was both, I struggled on and off for years with frustrating problems with my Plasmacam machine and decided start fresh with my computer/OS. While researching options, I was happy to discover a company was providing solutions for legacy product users... It appeared like it would allow me to upgrade my computer/OS while still being able to run Plasmacam 3.11 on a DHC machine, so I took the chance. Well, I got the card, installed and the drivers but was having troubles getting connected. Determined to figure it out, I spent a couple days trying to troubleshoot, with no success I decided to reach out for help. Within one clear and concise email they had me up and running. No lecture, no you must be doing it wrong, no take it to someone who knows what they'e doing - none of the usual madness you might expect, which was refreshing. Just clear simple language on what and how to get things in order. My Plasmacam machine has never run this smooth or this continuously, EVER. If you even remotely suspect computer/controller card issues, just do your self a favor... Buy the card and remove that as a variable. Over the years, I've spent far and away more than what the card costs - only to figure out just I needed good a card for it to finally work right... Buy the card! It's worth every penny and then some especially with this level of customer service!

The right PCIe card for Plasmacam
I am running Plasmacam software 3.11 on my DHC2. My old computer finally failed, and had to use a more up to date system (Windows 10, 64bit), only my old PCI card would not work on my new system. I tried an inexpensive StarTech card, but I could not get that to communicate with my controller (card is only 3.3V instead of the required 5V), though others have said it works for them. So I broke down and ordered the Axxon LF1119KB Express, as recommended by Plasmacam. This card worked right away, after entering the first resource Hex number or the PCI card (find through the computer Device Manager). The people at Axxon can help with any settings issues. They claim that I would not have all the communication errors, etc that is typical with other cards. and it doesn't matter what computer setup I have. Drivers come on a CD. The Parallel cable that comes with it is high quality and is tested to work with Plasmacam. I highly recommend getting this card for your Plasmacam system. Well worth the extra cost.

Works Great For PlasmaCam
Had to build a whole new computer with micro ATX motherboard for our shop that runs the PlasmaCam, and new, common computers do not have this parallel port. We installed it to the new computer built and it runs our PlasmaCam perfectly. Just don't forget to find the hexadecimal address to the new parallel port and copy that over into the PlasmaCam settings. Then click Auto Detect.

Flawless operation
Using a Plasmacam DH2. Completely eliminated communication errors and work stoppage and repeats caused by card I originally installed. Well worth the price tag.

Shut up and buy it!
Just shut up and buy it! If I could give 10 stars I would and I never write reviews! Not only is it what you 100% need for your machine, the tech support is the best I have ever encountered! Even if they sent an empty cardboard box I would be happy with the prompt phone and email communication. So don’t ponder if it’s worth it, it is. Get the supported cable too.

Was fighting with a cheap parallel card for months, trying to connect a new computer to a CNC, could not get it to connect no matter what I tried. Bought this card, tried and failed still, one phone call to support, was up and running in minutes. The card and cord were both great quality, and the support from the company was incredible. 5/5 Would buy again.
