excellent to help digestion. 2 ways to use it 1st gentle roast some seeds on a dry frying pan till they are popping few minutes then blizz these but not too much not to powder 2 times per day quarter of a teaspoon add half a cup hot water drink 2nd level teaspoon seeds 2 cups cold water boil to 1 cup size (20mins) drink hot or cold anytime in the day
