Demigod Collector's Edition - PC

Yay! It's a game I can't play.As tclamb states in his review this is a good game. I like the play style and it looks like it would be quite fun if I could actually play it multiplayer. Especially since multiplayer is how the game is intended to be played in the first place. Amazon did a good job of making the game packaging appear new. It would be nicer if the game inside was actually new.The only thing worse than Amazon selling me a "New" game that Stardock tells me is already registered to another person is Stardocks deplorable support system. Their response time per e-mail is At Least three business days. In between two of our messages my ticket was automatically closed as they expect a response from you in 48 hours. I guess they just couldn't wait for me to check my social e-mail on my weekend to send them the images they requested. I did as directed by the e-mail notifying me that my ticket was closed and replied to have the ticket reopened. That did not work so well since the automated system responded almost immediately that it was closed again.So I decided that maybe e-mail support was not the way to go and I would call them. The support number on their contact page is 1-888-STARDOCK. Stardock just happens to be eight characters long. They should have just made it 1-888-FARKYOU. At least that is seven characters long and could be turned into an actual seven digit phone number. I actually tried to call the eight digit phone number and had the expected results from that attempt.I buy way too much stuff from Amazon.com to not continue doing business with them. But I will no longer buy items from them directly with the idea that would be preferable to finding it on their list of third party vendors as I have in the past.As for Stardock ... blowing off my support ticket with no response shows me how they feel about their customers. Since the last game they sell worth playing was Sins it will be too easy for me to no longer do business with them at all and I would recommend that you folks do the same.

I usually order from amazon themselves even though I usually going to get a quality product that works. Probably not going to do that anymore. Like I said in the title, the game looks, sounds, and plays great but I can't get multiplayer. Why you ask? Well, in order to play online, you need to update. Since I have run into this type of thing before, I didn't have a problem with this. What I did have a problem with is that I was sent an incorrect code that doesn't work with Impulse (which is the only way to update). Because of this, I can't play online multiplayer. Thank you amazon. I would have rated the game 5 stars without hesitation had my code worked.

This was one of the first commercial MOBA games. There were earlier mods such as Dota but this was one of the first that actually charged people money. It did some interesting things, but for the most part the Multiplayer was unstable and underpopulated. Against AI it was terribly easy and completely pointless.

I was excited about this game but I don't think it's worth the cost. Game play is repetitive and a snooze after the first hour. I loved games like Age of Empires and the like, and was hoping this one was similar. The graphics are a struggle to see at any size, and the game just doesn't seem very inspired. I good idea that didn't make it far enough.

This game is great once we were able to start it. It took a long time because the code was not valid, supposedly used by someone else. The company said this happens a lot, not usually the sellers fault.

A very fun game that didn't receive the attention it deserved. If you like DOTA then you will like this game, it is based on the same gameplay but with much better graphics.

failry good time killer but slighlty repetitive gameplay. was expecting more. trailers hyped the game up to much. no actuall story to game.

This game was cool at some point I'm sure, but is washed up now, with all the hacks. They aren't even supporting it anymore. Don't buy it.
