works so much better than the regular hair dryers...a little pricey but worth the extra bucks..dries hair fast

Only hair dryer I can find with actual COLD air.
Many hair dryers claim to blow cool air, but this is the only one I have found that actually DOES have cool air coming out of the Cold setting. The air comes out in a powerful stream and dries my hair quickly. I would give it five stars if it hadn't broken when I dropped it. Seems like it should be more durable for the price.

Buyer beware!!!!
This blow dryer broke after 5 months of moderate use. I contacted the seller to find a solution to the problem and she didn't care. She told me I needed the warranty that I didn't have. I would have been willing to split the cost if she sent me a new one, again she didn't want to find a solution to OUR problem, this was a defective idem that had been sold to me. After an hour conversation with amazon they finally credited me the money and I bought a BaByliss Pro BABP2800 Porcelain Ceramic 2000-Watt Dryer, because I heard that was the best from many of my girlfriends!!!Horrible seller buyer beware of this one!!!!
