Great for resistant loop bands, hanging cable attachments unto, cables where you can attach to the pull down cable attachment, basically attach the wall anchor to the beaner above the ceiling, then the rest from there is self explanatory.

Comes with everything you need and I feel very confident it’s gonna stay in my wall or ceiling. Very trustworthy.

I bought this for my home gym to use for battle ropes and resistance bands. It comes with all anchoring measures needed to mount to the wall and is aesthetically pleasing. I can’t speak to how much weight this can hold but I’m confident this would be great for a suspension trainer. When installing, be sure to mount it to a stud or rafter to guarantee the best support.

These were good. Easy enough to install. Sturdy too. For me, they’re just a little too expensive.

I went with this product because it is designed to use four lag screws into ceiling joists (most others are two). The provided lag screws worked very well. I'm using two of these in my garage with gymnastic rings. These anchors have not budged at all, very sturdy. I am 230 lbs and regularly do pullups and dips so it can hold my fully weight without any issue. Highly recommend this product for any suspension system.

Very sturdy. Using to mount my 120lbs heavy bag, my aqua training bag, my TRX, and my wife’s Aerial yoga set. They are holding up perfectly! In addition, we had to build a floating vessel to tow behind a boat at work. We couldn’t find anything to mount for attaching the tow lines to, so I donated a set of these. The vessel weighs in excess of 100lbs in addition to the drag created by pulling it through the water at 15 knots. They are holding up without any issues.
