The LED name tag is one of those things where once you see it worn by another, you have to ask where they got it from and then you get one for yourself. Then people ask you where you got it from and it continues on and on.I ordered the blue and it sure is an attention grabber. It comes with a mini-cd of the software needed to program it. I was also emailed a link to the downloadable software. It took several hours to figure out the programming and get the fonts and effects the way I wanted. It can handle 8 different lines and each line can be a different font with different effects.It can be attached to a shirt with either the pin or a very strong magnet. Everything about this makes it a fun product. For the price, you may want to consider getting one of each color and switching them for each event you attend. I'll be wearing mine to an event in a few months that's expected to have hundreds of attendees so that will be another test of its popularity.

Immediately hooked it up and charged it, then ran the easy to use program that comes with it! These things are bright and very eye catching! Love the different modes you can make it display! Not only can you use it as a nametag, but also as a price display at craft shows and information/names on other displays! Lasts a good day too! Gotta buy more!

I was so excited to get this and add it to my granddaughter’s homecoming mum…that didn’t work!!! So this device comes with a tiny cd-rom disc…who has computers for these anymore these days??? Well, I see there is an alternative to the disc…download a link. That didn’t work either bc everytime I clicked on the link it said there was no application to run it. I didn’t mention that the disc wasn’t compatible with MacBooks anyways and that’s what I was using. Anywho…after wasting over 3 hours trying everything possible I had to throw a darn teddy bear and the mum and scratch the wow factor I planned to on. With that being said, don’t even waste your time getting this!

The media could not be loaded. This is really nifty. I got it originally because when I'm in my office you can't tell whether or not I'm actually in. It has 2 strong tiny magnets in the back with a name plate. The plug and play disc is interesting, really outdated but gets the job done. It has 7 slots I believe that you can save a statement and cycle through to pick which one you want to display.

Impressed by quality for cost. Arrived very fast. Instructions not very clear, but with common sense you can figure it out. Mini cd worked and installed the software on my windows 11 desktop. Used the software and included usb cable to charge, then program the led badge from the desktop computer. Again with common sense you can use the easy program, the advanced program I havent tried.

I picked up two different types of this namebadge... this one and one that was programmable via bluetooth. The quality of this badge is very good from what I can tell. Probably not splash resistant but it's solid and the buttons (although tiny) are not flimsy or easy to break.If you purchase the seller will email you a link to an Amazon Drive share where you can download the programming software. No virus in the software and it's a pretty simply little program. Needs some work though because the number of characters on the software screen doesn't match the number on the display. Basically the software has more room than the badge. This means you have to test each line that you program to make sure it will fit (if you're not scrolling). The software does let you "draw" your own items as well and allows you to choose some fonts and sizes as well as adjust vertical placement on the badge. Nice touch that my bluetooth badge did not have. I only gave this 3 stars mainly for the software as it could use some work. The badge itself is very easy to program, it's bright and easily readable and I'll have many uses for it. Oh and ignore the built in documentation of the software and refer to the word doc that is included in the download. It's written just a bit better and isn't as outdated.

It makes it way easier for a waitress at a packed resteraunt to see I'm just Uber here for that order that's probably sitting right there waiting. Or just get a small dry erase board and write the order name and hold it up.makes everything easier.
