Like the title says the quality felt premium at first but only after a month in the chair became stuck in it's tilt option. I have not reached out to Boules to see if they would be willing to send me a replacement because the site basically states they don't accept anything back after only 3 days or something ridiculous along those lines. Overall be carful with chairs that have a bunch of features for a low price as they won't last long even if you take care of it properly.
