Q: can you personalize the interior so it isn’t one rail on top of the other, and is it possible to attach a third rail/trouser hanger if I buy separate?

I would like to buy one for us. I saw several comments about not having part numbers and clear instructions for assembly, and did you arrange for this to be provided? I ask because some videos and photos that speak of the poor quality of the product, may be linked to lack of instructions and with that the assembly caused loss of parts or some that were not assembled correctly is a consequence of the lack of instructions.

It doesn't need building on the floor and tipping up. You can do it easily as per the instructions as long as there are 2 of you

This is a substantial and heavy wardrobe. When carefully and correctly assembled on a level floor it should be perfectly alright and durable
