Good for price
I didn’t notice at first that these are sold individually and not as a pair, there are plenty of alternatives that sell these as a pair for far cheaper and work just as well, but missing the “sold individually” part is completely on me.However, the item I got, either the ball bearing is warped, or the actual hoop itself is warped because no matter how hard I try I cannot get the bearings to comfortably sit in the divots in the hoop. I took the hoop out and put the ball bearing in without it in my ear and after some struggling I was able to get it in, but getting it out was even harder.Otherwise a good deal.

Great quality, looks lovely
The active spring in the captive ball is excellent. It holds very well while allowing for easy removal and insertion. The colors are bright and the materials are quality. This is my second one (gauging up) and would definitely buy again.

Not suitable for PA
Bought these and the oil slick version. They look great but the film to create the look is very irritating to sensitive parts, i.e. PA use.

Great Value!
I have been wearing a 0 gauge PA for years and wanted to move up to a 00 gauge. This is perfect. It is smooth and just the size I wanted. I had bought all my PAs at body art stores as I increased gauge size. In metal, they only seem to stock silver and their prices are 4 to 5 times what I paid for this. I love the black and I love the smaller diameter because it doesn't seem to pinch when I'm wearing underwear. I'd buy another if they offered a 000 gauge.

Looks good
Good quality, but the ball sat in it a bit loose and I lost it the first day I wore it. Might need to try and find a way to crimp the ring a bit tighter.

Set the ball properly and it's perfect
These things are amazing. I've been wearing them in my ears since the day I received them. Nothing special to do except spin the ball into place, but you may want to have someone check it or look in the mirror after it's done. One of them sits perfectly, the other I had to fiddle with to snap in. But once it was snapped in place it has yet to come out. One spins a little easier than the other (the ball part) but no wiggling, just spinning a little more freely. Highly recommend.

Tricky Ball Clasp, Metal Paint That Becomes Razorlike
Bought this along with a curved bar and curved horseshoe, to get up to 0G. Also have a Tribal Ring (fastens in with a screw, no edges.. but def some dips/valleys) so needless to say my junk is Very used to an array of balls, slippage, and even the Tribal Rings opening for the screw slipping in and through (with no issues) my urethra and hole, and ILL even admit I figured the Tribal screw hole side would cause irritation but low and behold I’ll be at work and realize it’s going in, around a few times, and no issues (honestly can be a really good feeling… caught me off guard LOL).First off, the ball/ring is mini-mili tiny enough off that if you twist the ball slightly when removing it (and it turns, where the ball-bearings are facing out *Pic Included it’s stuck in that position again*). I actually grew to love this aspect, since I knew for certain activities it needed to be more secure. After getting used to the extremely snug fit and removing it (only had exchanged this ring twice, decided to give it “another go” after figuring out the snugness). The metal/painting looks to have peeled back, and let me tell you that ridge between the copper looking metal and the black ‘paint’ has turned RAZOR sharp.Over a few days, any time the ball would move through the euretha and touch the tip/right inside the urethra hole it was cutting/scraping.Luckily I noticed the discomfort (honestly thought the ring was just getting caught in my underwear and twisting weird). Some discharge had started, but now 2 days later things are almost back to normal. Also, as much as I’d like to take responsibility and say maybe the ring hit up against something and chipped (I’m not asking for perfect at all, it’s a cheaper product and I’m not expecting ‘ChainGang’ quality), but I wear briefs daily (so things are snug, more than even boxer briefs), and haven’t been swimming or anything. That theory I had was saved by the briefs, I guess.I rarely ever say “don’t buy something”But this is your BODY (mostly guys with Prince Albert piercings) and sadly who ever produced this product failed. It’s not just crappy, it’s a health risk.DO NOT BUY. Paint Peels and re-solidifies into an extremely sharp edge. OUCH.

definitely not for a PA
Arrived quickly as described, cleaned it, and put it in my septum. The spring-loaded ball is cool, but isn't as secure as the normal CBR type ring, which wouldn't really work for a PA type piercing, if you want to use it in your ears or in your septum or something similar it will work great.
