The 10 ft rope can be adjusted and used cordless. Both adults and children can use it.The biggest advantage is that I only need to focus on jumping during the use process. When I finish the set task, the handle will sound to remind me.This is very helpful for my training plan. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Good buy *by T***H on Reviewed in the United States on August 14, 2019* Love the rope.
