Works well, even in tight spots.
This elbow comes in handy when your campground has a flip-top cover on their septic pipe that interferes with the elbow as you try to screw it in. The elbow will disconnect from the threaded piece that can then be threaded into the septic pipe. Once the threaded piece is attached, then the elbow can be re-connected and the drain hose attached to it. The clear elbow lets you see if the line is empty or flow has ended. A must have.
