The tape is very supportive, and the few times I have been without it, the pain returns to my knee. One Negative--the shipping. In the past, I have always ordered the tape directly from the company in the UK, and the metal cans of tape always came in a nice sturdy box--no problem. This is the first time I ordered through desertcart. The paper envelope, in which the cans had been shipped, arrived torn and empty with a postal stamp indicating that it had been delivered without the contents. I reported this to desertcart and a replacement arrived in three days. However, beware--I did receive the tape, BUT the second shipment was also sent in a paper envelope and arrived torn. If it had been lifted by a corner, all the tapes would have rolled out. These cans should really be shipped in a cardboard container. I have a lot of loose skin on my thighs from massive weight loss and want to tape them while exercising. Thoughts?** A: Congratulations on the weight loss. Difficult question without knowing exactly where and how the skin is affecting you. You could certainly look at doing some techniques to lift the skin and then circumferential strips would provide some compression and support. If only using for relatively short periods, it could be quite effective however if left longer you would have to be wary of blisters if the skin is creased under the tape. If you are able to provide a little more description of what you aim to do, we might be able to help devise a technique that achieves it.
