Lavazza Gran Aroma is our very favorite coffee. The smell while brewing is heavenly, the taste is smooth and perfect. The AMAZON price has skyrocketed! But, for now at least, I am still willing to pay it. I can remember when it costed 1/2 of its present selling price.

This is some of the best coffee we've ever had. We prefer a light roast and this did not disappoint. Smooth, smells great and tastes great. It's worth the extra cost.

really enjoyed this coffee. Lavazza Costiera Gran Aroma has a smooth, rich flavor with no bitterness. The aroma is amazing, and it brews beautifully whether in a drip machine or a moka pot. It tastes fresh, balanced, and perfect for a morning cup. I will definitely buy it again.

This is my favorite coffee. Great mellow taste, low acidity. It comes well packed and the price is very competitive. Will continue buying.

For the money, Lavazza pretty consistenly makes good coffee. Their light roast is one of my go-tos for daily drinking. It has lower acidity than many pre-ground coffees, and has a rich, earthy taste with a natural sweetness.

I LURVS me some coffee, you might say I'm picky. This is one of my go-to coffee brands be it this Gran Aroma or the LAvAzza single origin that my local grocer sometimes stocks. The aroma is indeed wonderful as the name suggests, and the coffee has bright notes and a yummy caramel finish. Smooth and sweet, this is what I bust out most often for daily brewing or when we have company over. I use an AeroPress to prepare this coffee but in lieu of the paper filter I opt for the Able Brewing permanent, metal, filter disc. I've really loved the recipe I've honed in on so I'll include that below: AeroPress: Inverted position 17 grams coffee 250 ml water @ 200-205 F 1. With the AeroPress inverted and the coffee put in, add 250ml of boiling water pouring over a 10 second period. 2. Stir gently for 20 seconds (you should notice a pretty foamy head on the coffee) 3. Steep for 30 seconds 4. Flip over AeroPress into cup 5. Plunge for 20 seconds Optional: add breve to taste This recipe makes a fantastic cup of coffee and in combination with the metal filter imparts delicious oils as well. If ice coffee is more your speed, half the amount of water you brew with, and instead add the second half of the water (125 ml) in the form of ice in the receiving cup. As you plunge the coffee directly onto the ice it is diluted the appropriate amount and voila! Delicious, bright, ice coffee with more flavor than traditional cold brew techniques. Hope this helps!

Este café lo compro desde hace mucho tiempo por su excelente calidad, el sabor es muy agradable y su acidez es muy baja, por lo que no lastima el estómago. Para esta ocasión la presentación es diferente visualmente, pues cambiaron el diseño de la bolsa, pero el café sigue siendo el mismo y eso es lo más importante. En lo particular es mi preferido.

So our household purchases Lavazza Gran Aroma all the time. Usually we just purchase this at the local grocery, but this time I purchased through Amazon. Oddly, the batch date was the exact same date as some we still had from the grocery store, but the taste from this shipment was not nearly as good. Bags are marked with a line 1 and line 2 below the date. We tried one from each batch and found that the were equality unremarkable. Ultimately we ended up giving the rest to coworkers and returning to our local grocery for supply of this coffee. The coffee itself is normally a very nice medium roast, perfect for that first morning cup. I definitely recommend this coffee, but suggest that the supplier of this coffee look into their storage practices to ensure freshness.
