NEWCARE HDMI Switch 3 in 1 Out, 4K@60Hz HDMI Switcher with 2.6FT HDMI Cable

This works well if you have multiple things like a firestick, chromecast, roku, etc, but done have enough HDMI slots on you TV. This allows you to manually turn on whatever it is you have connected and want to use and only have to plug in the accessories once and then just push the button to your choice. It's fairly simple and works well.

As of right now I am very happy with my purchase. I thought by seeing some of the images for this product by other reviewers that there wasn’t a power source needed. But you will have to plug it into a wall outlet in order to use it. I was able to plug my desktop and laptop computers in it and my PS4 by plugging one hdmi cable into the back of my TV. I also labeled the product with small stickers so I could tell which hdmi went to where. There is also a little red light that comes on when you click the button letting you know which one is active. As of right now which is day one I have no problem.

This thing saved my TV. My TV HDMI ports 1-3 quit working. I'm assuming the chip got fried some how. The only port that worked was the arc HDMI port that is run off a different chip. This allowed me to plug my PC, Chromecast, and Wii u all into that one port instead of manually switching.

To those who need the switch have its own power supply, I would NOT recommend buying this item, as there is a chance you might get the version that needs a USB-C power connection to work. I bought this to upgrade from a 2 IN 1 OUT to a 3 IN 1 OUT. My 2 IN 1 OUT worked perfectly with no power supply, so purchased this item in the belief that this item would have its own power supply. Both the item listing's pictures, description, and customer review pictures showed that there was only one HDMI-IN port on one side, with no sign of any power-related ports. When I received my unit and plugged in all of the HDMI cables, it did not turn on. I then realized that there was a USB-C port, and the only way this item turns on is by plugging it into an outlet. This is disappointing because my current setup is downgraded if I include an additional power connection when it is not necessary; it is not worth trying to reorganize cables for a device that used to work without connecting to an outlet.

This deserves more stars, but there are 2 big issues with it that keep me from being by able to. First, the stuff that isn’t a deal-breaker, but could be improved. The cable placement could be a lot better. It doesn’t sit flat, it doesn’t stand up — so it ends up just dangling there looking gross. Maybe it’s the way my entertainment center is laid out, but I had a really tough time getting it to look decent while also being reachable by the remote. Now the reasons it’s getting 4 stars. The remote is awful. It has an operation range of about 2 feet, no indicator lights, and it feels cheap. That would not be a big deal except I am switching between a Roku, a Switch 2, and a PS5. Between Roku and Switch, the auto-switch works like a dream. For some reason, the PS5 hogs the connection and will not switch to another input. This severely limits its functionality because we have to use the Switch as a pass through. The HDMI switch is not compatible in any capacity with universal remotes, so you are basically hoping for the best every time you use the PS5.

Works very well to have one "gaming" input that lets me switch between PS3, PS4, and Switch.

I have an older TV that still has lots of life in it and a great picture but only has one HDMI port and lacks the app support that newer TVs have. As a result I’ve had to buy a Roku device to get around the app situation and I still like to watch DVD movies on a DVD player, so between the two I need two HDMI ports. This device solves that problem and would accommodate a third device if needed. I bought this model in particular for the remote control to switch between the devices without having to get up and go to the box located at the TV. Sounds lazy - I suppose I am - I also didn’t want to take the time to switch the HDMI cables every time I wanted to switch what I was watching. Anyway, given that, the remote works great and I can easily switch between the Roku and the DVD player. I love finding a device that makes my life easier so this device wins the day.

I was ready to give it 5 starts but there was an isues with it switching to the Xbox series X. Ps5 pro and Switch2 switch on comand but the Xbox seriex X does not display the Green light or any picture on screen.

Ich habe den HDMI Switch von NEWCARE im Rahmen von Amazon Vine als kostenloses Testprodukt erhalten. Meine Bewertung gestalte ich dennoch so Objektiv wie möglich. Ich bin sehr zufrieden mit dem HDMI Switch. Die Installation war einfach und dank der Fernbedienung muss ich nicht mal aufstehen um die Geräte zu wechseln - umstecken der Kabel ist sowieso nicht mehr notwendig. Die Bildqualität ist sehr gut – selbst bei 4K und 60Hz macht sich der HDMI Switch ganz gut. Ich nutze den Switch für meine Xbox One und einen Streaming-Stick und alles läuft reibungslos. Preis-Leistung: Das Produkt kostet aktuell 13,99€ - gut und günstig, was will man mehr. Ich kann es absolut empfehlen. Lieferung: Die Lieferung erfolgte mit Amazon Prime - wie gewohnt, schnell und problemlos

I cave connected my cable box and 2 disc players to the switch. It will automatically switch when one of them is turned on which is a nice feature. The included remote works well. Ideally, I'd have liked all the ports positioned on the rear of the unit which wold allowed for a (visibly) cable-free installation, but that's just nit-picking. Great value and performance.

This is (sort of) my fourth try at getting one of these things. The first one, although it worked ok, I had to get up and switch manually, which is fine, I used it for a while but it only had 2 inputs and I now need three. Got one half moon shaped one that just didn't work at all, a blank screen. Presumed I'd got the wrong thing and ordered a 4K version instead, which did the same thing. Fine on the Xbox title screens, didn't work when console switches to HD, blank screen. This one not only works perfectly, but automatically switches over too, so great. Note though, the Xbox takes longer to turn off than other devices, so if going from that to another input, you may either have to wait longer before changing inputs or press the button. 👍 I believe it's because this one supports 60 Hz is it? Not sure... just pleased I've finally got what I needed.
