I have to use 1 tea bag per 6 ounces of liquid, so I use 3 tea bags at a time. I fill my large cup about 1/3 way with boiling water and steep the tea bags for a few minutes, then fill the rest of the way with whole milk and reheat. I add some additional powder seasonings, like ginger, pumpkin pie spice and cayenne (as we like it spicy) and stir it in. I sweeten it with stevia and add some cold foam on top. It makes it so good!!
