They’re convenient, portion‑controlled, and packed with nutrition, which makes them a thoughtful option for recovery. That said, the patient didn’t care for the flavor or texture—it’s not quite like regular ice cream. On the other hand, my kids enjoyed them, so clearly the taste works for some. The no‑sugar‑added recipe is a plus, and the creamy vanilla flavor is mild and easy to eat. Overall, they’re a good product if you’re looking for a healthier frozen treat, but the taste may not appeal to everyone.
