special tool
I bought this because Publisher's house had this for twice as much and I had never seen this tool before,so it's new to me. I've tried it once no problem.

I should have known 8 inches was tiny
This tool is small. I overlooked the fact that it’s a “hex nut wrench”. I had a couple of larger pipe wrenches in this design which worked amazing.. and I thought I was getting a similar tool. Keep in mind the opening is likely no more than about 5/8 inch.My reason for deducting a star is really just for the amount of force it takes to release/open the head. I read someone else mentioning a similar issue, but I chalked it up to possibly having a “defective” tool or just really weak man fingers... turns out that I either also have really weak man fingers... or this tool just has a really bad design for the tension spring. It takes a good amount of force to retract the lever.. not, not doable... but I could get tiresome if you had a lot of wrenching away to do. The biggest problem being when you loosen a bolt just enough where the tension of the head is so much that you can’t have it “auto ratchet” and need to pull that lever to disengage and readjust.Otherwise the tool seems sturdy. I’ll make sure to revisit if I ever manage to break it.

spring design does not work well
This multi grip wrench tries to differentiate itself by having a spring provide the clamping force to grip the wrench onto the nuts, but the same spring is way to hard to open up the gripping jaws of the wrench.Very poor implementation of what seemed to be an improvement on the original adjustable wrench design.

Smaller then I thought
I guess even after checking size I had expected it to be bigger. Though these have come in handy a couple times around here they were to small for the job in originally purchased them for. But guys who do work around here have put them to good use on other jobs and they said they seem sturdy and well made. So they got some useactually they have found several used for them so turned out okay anyways
