Because it has 61mg of calcium, 109mg of potassium, 19mcg of vitamin A, 2g of protein, and can be used as an alternative to cows milk, great for sensitive stomachs! It can also be used for a refreshing glass of milk, and you make lotions and soaps with it! I would highly recommend this product over and over again!
