I usually just lay around exhausted after 4. And for no reason I'm only 28 and have to the naps. That's not normal. I have been really tired lately. I fall asleep around 8. But I had so much energy yesterday and it was a good feeling energy. I felt happy and have kind of been a little down just from the weather but I felt great. It was a natural energy.
