Surprisingly good
I usually make my own chili but decided to give this a try. I was surprised at the flavor - definitely a nice chili kick to it - not at all bland. It is good on its own or when making chili dogs. This has a good amount of meat and can be used as a base if you want to add your own extras. Nice and easy when you have a craving for chili but no time to make your own from scratch.

Tastes good + no bloating from beans
Compared to another can of chili I have, this one is smaller, but it's got no beans, which is helpful when you want a quick meal before you go back to work or in enclosed space. Tastes pretty good as well.

Great chili!
Eaten a lot of diff canned chili's in my life. This one is, as of now, my fav! Has a slight smoky fruity flavor in the background....always a sign of roasted tomatoes. Add your fav hot sauce, Texas Pete here, and it has a cooked for hours taste! Bookmark this one!

Hmmmmmmm.
Got this at the recommendation from some friends. I should have thought twice knowing that they are Yankees and don't really know how chili should taste. This properly doesn't have beans, and the chunks are interesting, but the flavor is nothing close to their normal chili without beans and the chunks are sort of blah. I normally make my chili homemade, but when camping or travelling, I use Hormel canned chili - no beans - because it is the very best tasting brand of all that I've ever tried, and that's been quite a few. But this chunky version is a huge disappointment.

Best Beanless Chili
Very tasty. Lots of beef. I use for Chili, Chili Mac, dips and to top hot dogs. I happened to be a taste tester for Hormel while they were testing this product and am highly satisfied with their end result.

Now THIS is Chunky Soup
Home made tri-tip chili. This ain't it, but it's closer than anything else in a can. Still Hormel chili, but the texture doesn't come from the beans in this batch. Nooo. There are large blocks of meat like substance here. Seriously, sometimes I just want a can of chili that actually tastes, and feels, like chili. This one fits that bill.
