Do these work with iPhone 8 Plus?

I use them with android. Apologise not tested on apple products.

How is the mic quality? Personally, I had issues speaking on the phone and people on the other hand were not able to catch up what I was saying.

Hi, The mic quality is excellent. I have used it extensively for calls more than music. People can hear you crystal clear and vice versa. However, mic issues have been reported so please check other reviews as well.

Are they ok for sweat and rain ?

The Bullets Wireless 2 are water resistant, But there's no IP rating, but they should be fine with sweat and rain.
