They are a nice size, actually. Of course a widow's mite is quite small. But the metal feels like good quality and they look very cool.

Great handout for a class on tithing in the New Testament

Thin and light weightI have one that was given to me. I ordered these for my daughter to give to her Youth Group. For the price it is a good value. They are not all the same. They have been cut off center, some with thick edge while others are very thin They are a thin metal and very light. The stamping is very detailed. I would recommend for 8 years and older. And great for a teaching tool.

Used in a Bible lesson

This is my second time putchasing this item. The first time it came with the gold colored bag. It made it nice for teaching to pull the bag out and give "widow's mites" from the bag. This time I purchased two more packages BUT neither package came with the bag, only a plastic bag. Very disappointing when you would like to share bags of coins. They need to remove the bags from their photos if they are nolonger providing them. I like the coins but am disappointed with not getting the bags. Not a big deal BUT their photos should reflect what people are actually purchasing.
