Let me tell you....this stuff works. I have reordered to make sure I don't run out. I can't say if this helps with COVID symptoms, but it is worth a try. I use it anytime I feel like I am getting a sniffle, cold or allergy or sore throat and my symptoms are gone in a few hours. I spray 2-3 times in each nostril. This is now a staple product for my household. I have been telling all my friends and family to buy some!!!

Works like nothing I’ve ever used.
This is the bomb! I take it whenever I get the sniffles even if I’m not sure if it is a cold. Take it every four hours and you won’t get a sever cold. If you do catch a cold within one day you feel so much better when you follow the directions and take it every day. The one thing I will say is it is drippy so when you put it in your nose tip your head back and have a tissue handy to hold your nose closed for the time you’re supposed to. Then I wipe my nose and let it sit longer but eventually you have to blow because well it’s liquid in your Jose.

Better than my prescriptions
This stuff is the best ever. Allergies and sinus issues will trigger my asthma. The drugs I have don’t work except to keep me breathing. However, the Zicam clears me of allergy and sinus and asthma in less than ten minutes. I now take it before bed when the weather or the air quality or both are bad. I can breathe easily. No side effects either.

Nazal Spray
I was using prescription nasal sprays that were drying my eyes but not my sinuses. I tried Zicam nasal spray but got the order wrong. I got the one with cooling menthol by accident. I don't like the burn and that it doesn't work as well as the sinus one. I will use it because I have it but will be more mindful of what is sent next time I order.
