First off this is not any medical advice and i am not a professional. I can only relay my reasoning on what and how I did taking this stuff. I have a whole host of medical problems, i am not 2 blood thinners etc. On my research the tumeric 500 to 1000mg can affect INR readings. I spoke with my nurse qt my heart doctor office and suggested starting with 500 mg. Most people that have there INR tested it's like once month. I have a home a home INR kit and test at least once a week. In my case with all my meds and in my case it had no significant affect on my INR and I have been taking this for a few months it has helped me taking this and has not affected my INR. Please talk to your doctor first, please I am only giving my results for me. For the product it well worth the money for how much you get vs a store and the manufacturer is well known and not a fly by night. Product, shipping, cost etc is a great value

Este suplemento de Puritan’s Pride me ha funcionado muy bien para la inflamación y el dolor ligero en el cuerpo. Noté mejoras después de una o dos semanas de uso diario. Las cápsulas no son difíciles de tragar y no dejan mal sabor. Me gusta esta marca porque siempre trae buena cantidad a un precio razonable. Excelente opción si buscas un suplemento natural para apoyar las articulaciones y la salud en general.

One of it(2cm size) is diagnosed as high risk adenoma which doctor highly advised me to go for a follow up scopy/ take up a more advanced technique in one month time later to ensure that it has been completely removed. But due to financial issue I opt for a more conservative way. So I hope this turmeric (and green tea) extract can in some way help me to treat and prevent further polyps...
