How much sugar does pedialyte have in it?

Look at the listing & it includes the product label in one of the pictures. Various Pedialyte products have different amounts of sugar- 12g for AdvancedCare, 10g for Sport……….

What is pediolites good for?

It's meant for Replenishing or supplementing electrolytes. For dehydration especially but it works really well for hangovers as well. I'm no doctor but one of these packets dissolved in water with a couple aspirin, Tylenol, or ibuprofen, works well to cure a rough night before.

NO STEVIA LEAF EXTRACT!!!! YAY!!!

Giving this 5 stars even though it is pricey. It is the ONLY electrolyte replacement that I have found that does NOT have either artificial sweeteners or STEVIA LEAF EXTRACT!!!! This dissolves very quickly and tastes good.I don’t understand why these companies use ingredients that are allergic triggers for so many people. Honestly, sugar is not poison. It should just be used sparingly. Stevia leaf has many many potential side effects. Not everyone can tolerate it. Hard to understand why a substance that causes digestive upset & diarrhea is used in hydration products. Lol

I like it. I wish you didn’t have to buy it in such big quantities, just because of the price . It’s much easier to keep on hand than having the big bulky bottles in the refrigerator all the time. Because of past heat exhaustion, during the summer I go through a lot of pedialyte.
