Works well. I have it mounted with a surge protector strapped to the underside. It was easy to route cables through and seems to be holding the weight (there are quite a few power bricks in there in addition to the surge protector strapped to the bottom). I would buy it again.

This product isn't well suited to wider surge protectors. I ended up having to use a pliers to bend the low side wider so that my surge protector would fit in. I'm also buying some flat plug extenders to make it fit better. So, if you have a larger surge protector (and I mean surge protector, not UPS), keep that in mind.With that said, it was easy to install and is mostly doing the job.

Works great! Only wish it would sit a bit lower for those monsterous wall warts adapters to have more space to clear

I wanted to organize the cables piled up on the floor behind my desk, and found this TeckDek cable tray while researching options. This product is really well made, easy to install, and surprisingly well designed for packing away power cords, network cables, clunky transformers and even power strip[s neatly under a desk surface. It transformed a mess of wires (which always collected dust and debris) into a nicely organized, clean and open space. It's nice to see floor behind my desk again, and a lot easier to keep clean. I highly recommend these. Note that they have different size options to accommodate both your desk size, and the quantity of wires and such you're trying to organize.

This is a simple yet elegant solution to a very common problem. My desk area looks much nicer than before, after only a bit of work. The only reason this is not 5 stars is because I am a bit concerned about whether this will hold up over the long term. I used the "side mount" option, which involves securing one side against a wall/furniture. This results in a lot of weight/pressure being put on those two points, which makes me worry it will slowly rip out. I suppose only time will tell! I don't imagine this being an issue when using the "top mount" option.

This cable rack is excellent! I bought it to control the myriad of cables coming down behind my setup. Having a standing desk made cable management tricky, and it wasn't long before I nearly wrecked a DVI cable due to a snag. I was worried by the screw length at first, as they're just under an inch long and my desktop is exactly 1 inch in thickness! But the screws hardly go halfway through to desktop before they firmly attach the rack. The rack itself is flimsy in the hands, but very sturdy once screwed in.I also grabbed some double-sided velcro, allowing me to bundle the cables and attach the slack to the leg of the desk. Good enough to keep me from returning it but not necessarily a great product or price.
