Have ordered from this seller many times and the quality has been exceptional. This entire box was stale so I trashed it. Anyone else with this issue?

I threw my whole box away also because the taste was awful, I don’t know if it was stale or just awful tasting.

What are the wrappers like? Are the wrappers clear or do they have printing on them? If so, what do they look like?

The wrappers are clear with no printing on it.

These were stale & I had to throw them out. Any product recommendations on fresh individually wrapped fortune cookies.

Hello - We are very concerned about the stale cookies you have received, please send us a message and we will make sure you get a good box of cookies. Our cookies are specially baked for us and all orders will always be fulfilled with the freshest cookies possible. Unfortunately, with the summer heat and extended travel times, cookies may be affected by it.

They are very good - light & vanilla-y taste.
