For protection against the cold, the Deep Heat sports 275 grams of 90/10 high-quality water resistant Allied Feather and Down, which keeps heat locked in and drys incredibly quick. Not only that but it is also extremely comfortable next to the skin. Baxwall Construction also means that there are no cold spots thus meaning you get superior warmth. The jacket also has 2 A-Line hand warmer pockets in order to provide a sanctuary for your cold hands when you're half way up a mountain. To off the protective elements of this jacket, Montane have added YKK AquaGuard Vislon zips for when it's icy, as these weather proof zips keep the elements out with their unique design. Comfort The Montane Deep Heat has many features that are focused towards comfort. This means you can be assured that the jacket will not only be amazing against the elements but incredibly comfortable. This is due to the articulated arms with engineered tailoring that enables your arms to move freely unlike a lot of similar jackets.
