This protector is beautifully packaged with multiple fold out panels that the consumer gets to unfold / tear open / etc.Anyone who is new to this type of protector can watch a video, though I’d also use a cheaper protector as a practice device a few times. At $60+ you want to get it right the first time.My biggest disappointment was the ill-fitting, warped guide I was supposed to use to fit the screen protector. It simply didn’t snap into place properly and then the screen protector in turn got stuck when I tried applying it.Hence, I had remove the screen protector, take the guide off, re-apply the screen protector. Some dust got stuck underneath, a permanent reminder not to use a guide again. Turn the screen on, use the tabs, carefully guide the thing into place.Another minor detail I am not a fan of is that the company etches it’s name into the sapphire. It’s almost invisible when the phone is on but I consider that a cheesy move.A real manual and better sticky-type cleaners would have been a plus also. Other vendors include microfiber cloths in products 1/6 the price. But the guide was the biggest disappointment.The big question is how much better this screen protector holds up vs. the much cheaper competition. Time will tell.

I installed the screen protector yesterday. It's a pain to get it to lie flat all the way to the corners without any air bubbles (so 4 stars instead of 5). I still have some small ones that I'll just have to live with unless they disappear on their own. The instructions say it takes 24 hours for the bubbles to go away, but I'm less confident that this will happen with the few that remain. I'm more worried about shatter resistance than scratching the screen protector so we'll see how it holds up over time--especially in the corners! I installed this on an iPhone 11 Pro.

Came with a great kit that made it impossible to misalign the protector. Kit included two alcohol wipes, a dust remover sticker, and even small dust removing strips. Strips were helpful when I had to reach under to get some last dust specks that snuck in just before application. I was able to lift the screen off and start all over, although thankfully didn’t need to. Screen was sealed to stiff plastic sheet that ensured it was impossible for the screen to get dusty during shipping.Entire kit was shipped in stiff cardboard package, so no possibilities of bending or folding during delivery.Top notch all the way.

My first screen protector ever but so far I see no difference from the feel of the S.P. and the surface of the original phone screen, honestly might be smoother. I followed the tutorial on YouTube for installation perfectly but still ended up with really small air bubbles around the edge of the S.P., the S.P. does fit nice on the iPhone XS and it doesn't seem like its going anywhere.

I was worried about the price but when buying it for a 1000 dollar phone it really isn’t that bad.This glass is just as tough as they state, I’ve taken knives to it many times just to show off the scratch resistant capabilities.No real noticeable difference in screen resolution either!A little tricky to install but the installation kit that’s provided does work well.I can’t recommend this screen cover enough!

I don't think I can accurately give a review on this product as I didn't install it correctly. I think there was too much dust in the room I was installing it or the fact that I don't know how to put on screen protectors. I would advise to get a professional to do this for you if you are going to buy this product. It gets great reviews everywhere so why not give it a try.

This product is something totally new and I absolutely feel lucky to have it. I can feel the difference in terms of smoothness, but it’s hard to describe. The only thing I’m not happy about is the installation, I failed once and found out that I need to press really slowly to let it adhere. If you drop the protector on the phone, you will get many bubbles.
