BLAZERBUCKReplacement Lenses & Sock Kit for Oakley Half Jacket XLJ Sunglass

I've bought many non-oakley replacement lenses in the past and all of them are thinner than the original lenses and fit loosely and jiggle in the frames (especially while riding my motorcycle), but NOT THESE! These lenses are to the same specs as Oakley lenses (that cost 3x as much) plus, these come with new nose pads, ear socks and storage/cleaning bag (which from oakley are usually $10-15 by themselves) so you can't beat the price! I opted for the black/gray photochromic, and I couldn't be happier with them because I drive truck and going into fall and winter, the days go from gray and overcast to bright and sunny several times and hour. I had dark black lenses in my oakley half jacket xlj's and I was CONSTANTLY putting them on top of my head, pulling them down, back on top, and back down because in lower light, they're literally just too dark to even see my speedometer clearly. These solve that problem and adjust rapidly to changing conditions with just enough tint to keep you from feeling the urge to squint your eyes, so no more eye strain! Added bonus, if wearing them on my motorcycle, I no longer have to stop and dig through my saddle bags to find my safety glasses after the sun goes down. I will definitely be ordering more in other color options and some for my other oakley frames. 10 out of 10 would highly recommend!

Purchased these replacement lenses for my 15 year old Half Jacket sunglasses. As the other reviews state, these lenses are slightly bigger than the original Oakley lenses. However, they do fit. It took me about 10 minutes of trying, literally thought I was going to snap the lens, but was finally able to get them in. I’m loving the XLJ shape considering I stopped wearing these sunglasses cause I hated the original circle style lenses. I had no idea I could replace them with the XLJ style until just a couple days ago! 😂

The lens seem to be decent quality and would be a great deal if they fit the frames as expected. I received the lenses for my Oakley frames 12-839, which these lenses should fit, but they did not. So as someone posted that you could file the edge with an emery board and they will fit. Rather than send them back I thought I would this but that did not work for me as they do not sit right in the frame now. My fault for not sending them back but they should have fit my frames as described.

Sad that they are not the same as the OEM lenses, I am going to return them, I added photos for others to see the difference in size. I hope it helps

They come with ear socks and noses pieces which was a very pleasant surprise. Not as dark as the original lenses but still good enough for me. Time will tell if they hold up and don't start flaking like my other replacement lenses did. I use them while driving, biking, kayaking and fishing.

Bought these as replacement lens for my Half Jacket XLJ, as my last set of replacement lenses only lasted me about six months before the coating started coming off the upper inside. I wear them running, hiking, and running, and my sweat does get on them. The coating on this set was particular fragile, as it started wearing off within two weeks. So much for the "anti-salt" claim - I'll try a different maker this time.

Works just as described. Looks like the original. Had the frames vacant of nearly 2 years as the last replacements didn't hold up. I didn't want to spend the money and be disappointed. I am glad I gave these guys a shot. Will get more in the future if needed and will reccomend to friends.

This have been the best replacement lenses I have had since Oakley quit making them. After a complete week at the beach & saltwater they still look new. I have 2 pair of half jacket xlj (favorite style) & will purchase more. Other brands have never lasted this long. Purchased August 2020.
