Once I downloaded the recommended app (which was free) & created the account to go with it. The app makes it very easy to put pictures on and also gives many options to edit pictures or share with your friends/family if they have the same brand/type of digital photo frame. If they don't you could share the app and your photo frames info to it and they'll be able to upload pictures to your frame instantly!! Pictures quality is good and clear as long as thr pictures your adding are clear and not blurry than they'll show up thr same way on the frame.

We got this for our parents for Christmas and gave the code to all the kids and grandkids. We all send pics through the app and our parents love it! Grandkids send funny pics and it’s a great conversation starter.Easy to set up and the app is easy to use!

We purchased this for my mother in law for Christmas and she absolutely loves it! All the kids and grand kids can send photos directly to her and she loves that they will cycle through so she always has something different to look at. The app could use some work though; occasionally a photo will come through black, as if it didn’t load into the app correctly when one of us sends it and there is no way for them to delete the photo from the app. Or it’s at least not user friendly enough for any of us to figure out. This would also be nice when they get duplicates. My husband, his brother and myself each sent the same photo from a Christmas event, so this now pops up 3 times in the rotation.

It was super easy to set up. Took about 5 minutes. You can upload 50 pics at a time. The Vphoto app is pretty basic, but it gets the job done. Happy with this purchase (:

I have only used it for a few months and the screen started showing a clearer spot about 4 mm widht in the middle of the screen, i was definitely expecting better quality on this device. i am really dissapointed. This frame is located in my work office, it has not been hit in any way, and even the temperature in the office is always mantained at stable levels, no abuse of any kind and yet the screen has started to fail, showing a clearer spot in the bottom middle section of the screen. it is more visible on darker pictures, but now that i noticed it, it is disturbing my viewing of all pictures. I am attaching a picture of the issue, that clearer spot on my daughters graduate gown should not be there.

This product, like many similar products, allows your own pictures to rotate and view on your digital frame. But, the software in theory allows others to upload to your frame if you give permission to do so. You can either upload by e-mail or the app. I recently tried both methods to put some new pictures on my girlfriend's frame and neither showed up even though I got no error message from the e-mail and the app said that I had uploaded successfully. I looked at all of the pictures I could see on the frame and did not see them. So far, they have not shown up. I guess I am going to have to upload them from her phone instead of mine and her family's. That part was disappointing. But, on the plus side, once the photos are there, this frame does a good job of displaying them and rotating them. It also has local weather and information. If I could give 4.5 instead of 4 or 5, I would.

Have this as a Christmas gift to one set of in laws last year and bought again this year for the other side. It has been wonderful through out the year to upload pictures of the new grand baby for the grandparents. It is very easy to use. Has a max transfer of 50 at a time. Easy set up (5 minutes maybe).

After the original photos it’s awful to add. I don’t have them on a usb. To add you email-choosing one at a time. Then continue process on app.The screen is gorgeousA review on the app itself on the App Store says AWFUL. Wish I read that first.I spent 1 1/2 hours on it- and now I have to find another one.I’ve had a BSIMB? Frame 🖼️ bought for my mother and she died before she received it. 🥲 It lasted 3 years almost to the day. We’ve enjoyed it. I tried to buy the same thing as directed by Amazon. I’m somewhat computer literate. This beautiful frame and picture just need to update their app somehow.

My family wanted to give my 96 year old mother a Digital picture frame for her birthday. I was tasked to get one. I never realized how many of these frames were out there. After looking at reviews on Amazon, I ended up choosing this one mainly because it came with 32Gigs on board. Well that was only one reason. After using it for a couple of days I now have more reasons. The frame came in a solid premium looking cardboard box, the kind that an Ipad would comes in. Inside was a really nice looking digital frame, the kind that you would want to put a family picture in. The day that I received the Digital Frame I received an email from the supplier thanking me for the purchase and to contact them if I had any questions. I did have some questions and they responded promptly. 5 star for their support. Getting the Digital Frame and connecting my Wifi and Iphone to it was super easy. My wife has already sent 100 pictures from her Iphone to it and they look very nice. There is a feature to enlarge the picture to full frame but I don't recommend it as it cuts off the top of pictures. Other features like setting a sleep feature where it will turn off and on daily is available. You can easily add other phones to the Frame. It will display the weather when 1st turned on. All and all I am very happy with this Digital Frame. Can't wait to give this present to our mother.

I loved this photo frame! I purchased for my husband for xmas and he absolutely loved it! It was do easy to download the pics from the app. I love that I can send my husband pics of the kids through the day and he will see them appear on his desk at work! Love it!

My siblings & I purchased this together as a Christmas gift for our parents and they love it!When you have family members who live out of town and when there are exciting things happening in the family (such as graduations, weddings, babies on the way etc.) this is a great way to keep everyone up-to-date and to share precious memories when everyone can't always be physically together.It was pretty simple for us to start up the digital frame, navigate the touch screen, and get things set up so that my parents could start use the digital picture frame. It was also easy for us & our parents to download the app, get set up & begin to upload photos.The screen quality, picture quality & touch screen are all great quality. No problems or issues to report.If you're looking for a gift for your parents, grandparents or other relatives that may be near or far & love seeing photos of the family, this is a great option!

EDIT: Seller reached out and offered to replace the stand. It took a while (several weeks) but we did eventually get it!We purchased this gift for a friend but the little plastic piece on the back to make the frame stand up was quite brittle and broke right away. The frame itself was good, easy to upload, so all I need help with is to replace this stand piece but I can’t seem to get any options on Amazon except to get a full replacement, but all the pictures are already loaded and gifted so I don’t actually want to return the frame. Can’t find way to contact seller for this one piece, so that’s a bit frustrating.

The seller was great and quick to resolve issueFrame did not come with batteries as it was mentioned and it turns off completely after a short while. Motion sensor does not work and frame has to be unplugged and plug back in to restart all over again. Contacted product support by chat they were no help and same from Amazon customer service/ supervisor.
