Do not buy! First time I tried to use the resistance bands, the metal connector broke apart (it wasn't incorrectly connected, it literally broke) and snapped into my leg leaving a huge welt. I am not a strong person so this should not have happened. Lesson learned! If you are going to buy resistance bands, make sure they are one piece, the loop style, or have snap proof connections. Will be tossing these in the garbage. I have since sprung for the extra dollars for the P90x b-lines bands and those have sustained almost a year of working out on them with no issues or injuries.Regarding the pull-up assist, it's barely worth it. I agree with another reviewer in that there isn't much assist going on with it, maybe 15lbs? Whole thing is a waste of money.

I purchased the BOTHflex because with my small son I can't always make it to the gym & these resistance bands have helped me get in some great workouts at home, I love them. I've used fitness bands in the gym before with a trainer and the quality of my BOTHflex is easily that of what the club was providing for its members. There are five bands ranging on resistance from about 2 - 20 pounds, they come with a pull-up assist kit and a black travel bag. Two thumbs up, if you're in the market these are worth it.

Received the item, yesterday. The clip on the black belt popped out on the first use. Highly disappointed. It's worth paying more to other well reviewed items.

This was exactly what I needed! Arrived quickly with easy to follow set up instructions. I used it with the Hammer and chisel program and 22 Minute Hard corps. The assist band helped me go from being able to do 1 chin up to 7 unassisted! Highly recommend!

Great, completely satisfied, exactly what I wanted & expected

The heaviest band broke the first time I used it. Not the rubber but the metal part that holds the clip that attaches to the handle snapped right off. I relate it with a key chain ring and it's been fine since.

A work out in a bag. Awesome to take on business trips so I don't miss my daily workout.

I threw it away. I don't recommend this product
