No bag!!!!
Works, but I wanted a bag to use it like before...I still have old style product, but no bag...this new version has no bag...what am I gonna do withthe left packs I have from the 1st version? Do not want to throw them, it is bad for the environment and consequently for us all.

Still have to iron😟. While the cleaning of my clothes for much less is nice….
Liked the smell of the product, the ease, the success. Dislike that I have to iron. I even enjoy ironing but my time is limited, so…I may return to the cleaners. I squeezed out 1 hour this morning and ironed for 4 days for 2 of us.

Not what it use to be
I used Dryel years ago and it worked wonderful on dry clean only garments, but now, it's not as good as it use to be, I used on a navy blue blazer which is dry clean only and it left white fuzz all over it, from the cloth you put in the bag with the garment and that has never happen before. I don't know what is up with companies changing things all the time, because a lot of times they turn a good item into a bad item.

Buyer Beware! Bag opened and damaged my suit!
I bought this thinking I could save some money, but boy was I wrong! I put one suit in the bag, just one, well below the fill line, but the bag opened up and allowed my suit to tumble in the dryer without the protection of the bag! The suit has not been the same and is in all likelihood ruined!Learn from my mistake, take your expensive clothes to the dry cleaners!*The seller is refunding me for the bag, but that doesn't replace my $500 suit!*
