FabrianoVenezia Drawing Book - 6x9in (15x23cm)

This is a great little sketchbook that takes watercolor very well. My only complaint is that it doesn't come with an elastic band so you have to make one yourself to help the pages to flatten. I really enjoy drawing in this book, that while it's high quality, doesn't feel so precious that you can't just mess around in it!

The paper in this sketchbook is beautiful. It feels so soft. It's taking colored pencil so well. It's easy to erase on. I can't wait to try other mediums.

Great paper for drawing but I'm not sure it will hold up with any wet media! The pages have a wonderful, luxurious feel to them! A little overpriced compared to other journals but so far I'm very pleased with it!

It arrived in excellent condition. I think every artist should invest in this sketch book as part of their collection of sketch books. It's a real treasure.

I can paint and draw without having the pages buckle or bleed through. Great quality sketch book!

The Fabriano Venezia Book is my new favorite art journal. I’ve used other brands for visual journaling, but this one is the most high quality paper I’ve encountered. I’ve found I don’t usually need to apply gesso to prepare the page for acrylic paints, which is an improvement over other journals I’ve used. The paper has been accepting of other media and adhesives, too. I’ve been using the 6 x 9 inch book, which is a nice size for a two-page journal spread. This purchase was for my second Fabriano Venezia book, to have on hand for when I’ve finished my first.

This is a very nice journal. The paper is pretty sturdy. I plan on using it for mixed media art journaling and I plan on buying again.

Das Zeichenheft ist wunderbar. Die Seiten sind dick. Meine Mutter malt mit Filzstiften und es scheint nichts durch. Die Lieferung kam zum vorausgesagten Termin. Es war gut verpackt. Bin sehr zufrieden.

Purchased Fabriano paper before, but was not impressed by this journal. Paper not really suited for watercolor, but good for ink, graphite, colour pencils. Would not buy again for my needs.
