When he is under stress both can flair up. His anxiety can become extreme. So, for him, day 2 his stress levels had reduced significantly. After a week I found no evidence of blood in his urine. He had been spraying 1-8x a week. He didn't really have classic cystitis symptoms per the internet, just kept spraying even though the offending cats had been removed months ago.
