As described. At first was difficult to unwind but was able to get it done. Worked fine afterwards. Bought because made on USA.

Worst of the worst!
Wish there was a way to score a minus 5 stars for the piece of crap engineering that went into this utter waste of money. Next to the newly engineered modern gas cans, this is by far the most frustrating tool I've ever had in my garage. Tried to buy American made but sure am soured on made in USA right now. This was delivered today and will be heading right back out tomorrow, as soon as possible. May have to spend more money to get better quality but can't imagine the struggle keeping junk like this around.

A high quality AMERICAN MADE PRODUCT!!
If you want a high quality, made in the USA, low cost tool, this is the one! I'm sure you can find some Chinese crap for half the price, but I prefer made in the good old US of A if I can find it.

Broke after first use, don't stress it
Used it to pull some heavy logs. The handle started to bend to one side and look like it was going to snap. The cable and the casing held up well, but the handle is quite filmsey.
