S.R.Smith SlideAway Pool Slide, Gray – Premium Water Slide

This is a very cool product. After I researched on many many slides, I bought this one for its many awesome features. Its height is perfect for kids which was the main reason for choosing it. It has a hose placement to keep the slide slick. Its an easy set up with clear instructions. Its mobile so we can take it with us should we move to a house with a another pool. It stores well in the winter to maintain its integrity, & its just seriously awesome. The company is very easy to reach out to & addressed all our questions or any concerns immediately. They are customer centered & will keep you informed Every step of the way during the shipping process since it is a large item. Its refreshing to find a company that values its customers. This slide is definitely worth the buy. The kids used this non stop at a recent birthday party & pretty much forgot about the diving board.

Easily unpacked and set up this slide. Can’t wait for grandchildren to try it out. Pool’s not open for the season yet, but they are going to love it. Very sturdy looking.

PERFECT SIZE AND SAFE FOR OUR GRANDBABIES!!! THANK YOU!!!!

Dear Customer Service, The slide and step ladder do not align properly, making it impossible to assemble or install the support bar. As a result, the product is defective and unusable. Due to its size and weight, the item is currently on a pallet and requires a hand jack to move, so I am unable to transport it myself. I contacted the seller since September 4, to request a prepaid return label and arrange for carrier pickup, but I have not yet received them. Please provide a prepaid return label and schedule a free home carrier pickup, similar to the original delivery process. Since the item is defective, please ensure that no restocking or additional fees are applied and issue a full refund to my original payment method.

Slide came quickly. Delivery guy was excellent. Would buy from this company again. Assembly was simple. Kids were having fun in 29 min. After arriving. Sturdy. Looks great. Very satisfied. Thank you.

We've had a few inflatable slides the past two years that were a huge disappointment. Have been looking for a slide that did not have to be installed into our inground pool deck. Watched the video and saw the grandmother wheeling it into place. I thought if she can do it, so can this Grammy!! It's true. It's expensive, but you get what you pay for. This slide is well made and the grandkids love it. Keeps 'em coming back which is just what I want!!

This slide is everything it says it is. Very sturdy and if it was not for the weak steps, I do believe a much higher weight limit would be supported. I use the slide all of the time and I am 180 lbs. But.. .The steps seem very weak. They give a lot and almost feel like they will stretch and break (not just for me, but people close to the weight limit).

We bought this slide for the kids , we haven’t used it yet , but I like how the water slides down the slide , really please with it , a little pricey , but we will have it for years to come ! It was easy to put together , no tools needed
