Not what I expected
1. Installation is easy, it matched Volkswagen Jetta 2013 2L, and looks perfectly.2. There is no instructions or any papers in the box.3. Mirror Link does not work, tried that with IPhone X and Galaxy 8+4. Music is "ok", older stock stereo is the same sound quality. If you had Pioneer or simple stereos you would feet the difference.5. Touch screen responding is poorOver all, I'd not buy it, Mirror Link does not work, Bluetooth is always hard to connect.So only good things is big screen and camera.

Buyers beware
Buyer beware, this radio system doesn’t do anything as advertised. The system doesn’t come on when you start the car, and if the system boots, it will likely turn to a screen of static- the reverse camera doesn’t engage until about 45 seconds after you engage the reverse gear- even when the car has been on for about 2 mins already. Spend some extra time researching legitimate systems, and the. Spend the extra money to get a system that actually works

no instruction for installation. seller did not understand my request when i asked for a replacement wire that i could puchase for back up camera because i broke the one that came with it. they acted like i was trying to get something for nothing. Seller is very vage

Cheap not for long term use.
Steering wheel buttons didnt work with radio. It's only under a year and the screen is failing and glitching and turning colors already. I would like to return.

Worst car radio.
BT ringer is very loud and cannot adjust. Sharp noise(also loud) on speakers as ringer starts.Radio does not stay in STEREO. CANBUS is not connecting. Radio TIME is always wrong.Now I have to ship it back, costing me more than I pad for the radio.
