This has the makings of a great little camera with a sharp image. The recorded video is of good quality and you can easily make out number plates. However, the camera intermittently ceases recording for a period of time while driving, and after a period of time, it may start recording again, or you can manually push the button to again start the camera recording. This is not helpful as today I thought I had recorded a car that nearly ran over a cyclist right in front of me. Alas, the camera was not recording at this point - I have no idea why, as my car was running and moving at the time. Reviewing the recordings, the camera stopped recording about 25 seconds before the incident, and then started again about 40 seconds later. As a consequence, I would advise against purchasing this camera.
