BIORhythm AFTER GLOW Forbidden Fruit 4.23 lbs.

Prior to using this product, I had used the previous version and absolutely loved it. While I did find the previous version too sweet, it was very enjoyable. This new version, while it still is a great overall product, has a horrible taste in my opinion. The texture is somewhat chalky and the taste is reminiscent of children's liquid amoxicillin. However, it does have a lot of great post-work out agents in and if you can get past the taste and price I'd definitely recommend it.

This stuff works it's a great post workout. You really need a bit of water for it to break down well. The price for this is usually ridiculous so get this only on special.

This is a great recovery formula for lifting and for runners because it contains protein, carbs and electrolytes.

Best post-workout on the market. Period. Worth the price. I don't get near as sore after a hard workout as I used to...

The taste isn't as good at I had hoped but the product does amazing.
